Kenny had come from a
well-to-do family in southern Illinois.
He was a popular
sports hero at Mason High and
appeared to have a
great future ahead of him as a professional
baseball player. He even had a minor league contract signed
with Toronto. But after his senior year, Kenny couldn’t
wait to make
money and got started
selling drugs for the Korean Mafia. That
was
bad enough, but got
worse when he tried to cheat them. They
clearly
weren’t impressed, and
decided he could repay them another way.
After a few surgeries
in Seoul, Hye Su now was employed with them
in another
capacity. Here she checks her phone for
