I’ve always loved this sequence.  The thought of being trapped in such an existence as a young lad is terrifying, humiliating and weirdly exciting. To be controlled, disciplined, dressed up as a frilly little dolly and put on display is like, wow, extremely powerful and disturbing.  
You either get that or you don’t.  It’s been in my head since I was a little kid.  (‘~’)
Adding to the confusion and emotional baggage of the holidays, I always thought this series would make a perfect Christmas shopping fantasy.
