Reminds me of the classic Twilight-Zone Episode "Talking- Tina ". Where the doll likes everyone else in the household ; except the mean Daddy. Who meets an untimely end ! Accident or fate ? Your caption brought back that creepy episode. "Joey "might an okay name for a boy or a baby kangaroo ; personally I vote for "Josephine , Jasmine Or Jane / Janelle " for such a pretty doll.
